FTS Transform
Shipra lost 8kgs weight and 4 inches waist.


After becoming a mom, Shipra didn’t have the time or energy to figure out fitness on her own.
With a baby to take care of and breastfeeding, everything felt all over the place. She was trying random workouts, getting tired, but not really seeing results. What she needed was something that actually fit her life. With FTS, things became simpler. Her plan was built around her routine, making sure she was eating enough, especially while breastfeeding, and still staying on track.
She started small. At one point, even 10 burpees felt hard.
Today, she can do 100.
But more than that, she feels stronger, more in control, and supported through the whole journey.
For her, fitness is no longer something stressful, it’s just part of her day now.
